Instructions for Accessing a CPES Webinar on Zoom
Participants who register in advance will receive an invitation to the webinar one week before the event through the email address used when registering. This email will include a link to the webinar and a password for entering the waiting room. Participants who register during the last week before the webinar will receive the link and password no later than 6 p.m. the night before the event. Participants who register between 5 p.m. and midnight the night before the event will receive the link before 10 a.m. on the day of the event.
You do not need to have a Zoom account to access the webinar. If you have never used Zoom before, the Zoom software will download automatically when you click on the link to the webinar. If you already have the Zoom app on your computer, clicking on the link will connect you to the webinar waiting room.
When you access the webinar, you must use the email address you used to register. As long as your name and email match the registration list, the webinar sponsor can confirm your attendance and you can receive your CE credits.
