Are these workshops APA approved?
CPES is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. Clinical Practice Enrichment Series maintains responsibility for this program and its content. All of the CPES programs provide CE credits required for licensure for psychologists. Whenever possible, CPES provides CE credits to other mental health professionals attending our training sessions.

When will I get my CE certificate?
For in-person workshops, certificates are presented at the conclusion of each workshop upon receipt of the workshop evaluation to be completed by the participant. For webinars, certificates will be emailed to participants following receipt of the program evaluation, which is emailed directly to participants after the conclusion of the webinar.

Do I have to have a Zoom account to access a webinar?
No, a Zoom account is not required to attend our webinar.

Do I need to have a webcam or video camera to participate in the webinar?
No, you are not required to have a webcam to participate in a webinar held by Zoom.  However, without a camera or webcam, you will not be able to transmit video of yourself. You will continue to be able to listen and speak during the webinar and view the webcam video of other participants. 

Can I register on the day of the webinar?
No, not at this time. Registration will end at midnight the night before the webinar.

What do you do with the registration information?
No information is shared with any other organization. CPES uses the information to send out future program announcements. Should you wish to have your name removed from the new workshop listing you may do so by emailing Dr. Kopple (kristinkopplephd@gmail.com) or by clicking "unsubscribe" at the bottom of any email announcement received from us.

Can I use my credit card to register?
Credit card payments are only available when using online registration on this Web site. Our online registration system uses Paypal to process transactions. Paypal will accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover cards. No credit card payments will be accepted on the day of the workshop. For in-person workshops, only a check or the exact amount in cash will be accepted.

Can I get a group rate?
For in-person workshops, a group rate is available for 3 or more participants registering at the same time. Please contact Dr. Wright at clinicalenrichment@gmail.com. Group rates are not available for webinars.

Will I receive a confirmation letter?
Participants who register online will receive a confirmation directly through Eventbrite, at the time of registration.  Participants who register by mail will receive a confirmation letter by email if possible, or by U.S. Mail if no email address is provided. Confirmations are sent to registrants until two weeks prior to the workshop.

What happens if I cannot attend the workshop after I register?
Requests for registration fee refunds must be received in writing and emailed or postmarked no later than midnight on the Friday before the workshop. No refunds will be given after that date. A $10.00 per workshop processing fee will be deducted from any refund.

Are there provisions for special needs individuals?
All CPES presentation sites accommodate the disabled. We make every attempt to satisfy requests for participants with special needs. Please contact Dr. Wright with details about your special needs in advance of the workshop date.

Do your Ethics workshops qualify for APA credits in Ethics?
Yes. The CPES half-day Ethics workshops award 3 CE credits in Ethics to Psychologists.

Can I use public transportation to get to the workshop?
Yes. Trinity Memorial Church is conveniently located near several local bus routes. Please see www.septa.org for detailed information.

Can I register on the day of an in-person workshop?
Yes, space permitting. Popular workshops fill early so prior registration is recommended. No credit card payment can be accepted on the day of the workshop, only a check or the exact amount in cash.
